Omagari fireworks are famous as one of Japan's three major fireworks. At the tourist information center on the second floor of JR Omagari Station, you can not only search for tourist information but also purchase souvenirs such as fireworks goods.
Old Ikeda Garden
In February 2004, it became the first garden in Akita Prefecture to be designated as a national scenic spot. The symbol is a large snow lantern that stands 4 meters high. The garden is filled with seasonal plants, allowing you to enjoy a completely different landscape each season.
Rokugo Spring Water Group
The spring water in the Rokugo area is collectively called the Rokugo Yusui Group. It has been selected as one of the top 100 famous waters by the Ministry of the Environment, and is still used by the people of the town as daily water.
