Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00 (midnight), and check-out is at 11:00.

Late check-in is available. If you will arrive after 22:00, please contact us in advance. If we know your arrival time, our night staff will assist you.

Early check-in is available for JPY 1,500 per hour. The earliest is 14:00. Availability depends on the previous day’s check-out, so please contact the property on the day. Earlier times may not be possible depending on occupancy.

Late check-out is available until 13:00 (JPY 1,500 per hour, tax included). Check-out after 13:00 is not available.

Guests booking from overseas are required to present a passport (we will make a copy, etc.). Japanese guests do not need ID; we will confirm using the reservation details.

We can store your luggage free of charge before check-in from 9:00. In principle, storage is available from your check-in day until your check-out day. Please note we cannot store valuables, perishables, fragile items, or large items.

We can store your luggage after check-out. Please return to pick it up by 24:00 (midnight), during front desk staffed hours.

We’re sorry, but in principle we cannot store luggage for groups of 4 or more. For example, “6 guests with 6 suitcases” may not be possible depending on the day’s situation, so please ask us on site on your check-in day.

We can accept items that arrive on your check-in day. Please send prepaid; there is no designated carrier. Contact the property in advance with the delivery date and size. We can handle reasonable sizes; items larger than a suitcase require consultation.

We can receive deliveries you order from Amazon or Rakuten during your stay. Please pay shipping in advance, and make sure the name on the shipping label matches the name used for your reservation.

We can ship your luggage. Only Yamato Transport cash-on-delivery (collect on delivery) is available. Fees vary by size and weight, so please check the cost yourself.

Rooms include free Wi‑Fi, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, and a washlet toilet. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face soap, towels, toothbrush set, razor, slippers, disposable slippers, and nightwear. All rooms use Slumberland mattresses.

We do have standard irons available to borrow. We’re sorry, but hair irons are not available for rental.

There is one shared microwave available. There is no microwave in the guest rooms.

We’re sorry, but there is no coin laundry in the hotel. Even the nearest one is about a 10-minute walk away.

We’re sorry, but our nightwear is exclusive to Tabist Ginza and is not available for sale.

Twin Room beds are 90 cm wide × 190 cm long. Beds in other room types are also 190 cm long.

We’re sorry, but not all rooms are barrier-free. Some rooms have a step up to the bathroom, which may make it difficult for wheelchair users.

On site, we accept cash, credit cards, and e-money. Major cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX.

Accommodation tax per person per night: under JPY 10,000 (before tax) is exempt; JPY 10,000–14,999 is JPY 100; JPY 15,000+ is JPY 200. For 2+ guests in one room, it’s judged by the per-person rate. Children are also taxed if the threshold is met.

Minors may stay without adults if they present a lodging consent form. Guests who are 18 can stay without a consent form. If staying with an adult, a consent form is not required.

It’s a 1-minute walk from Tsukiji Shijo Station (Toei Oedo Line) and a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line).

It’s 1 minute from the Ginza IC exit on the Shuto Expressway Central Circular Route. We do not have parking (including partner lots), so we recommend using the Kabukiza coin parking.

We can issue a lodging certificate, including for prepaid bookings. The addressee will be the name used for your stay, and we cannot change it to a company name, etc.

For reservations of 4 or more guests, please enter the names of the guests who will be staying.

For group reservations (approx. 4–5 rooms or more, 8–10 guests or more), submitting a guest list in advance is the standard rule.

In principle, group/multiple-guest reservations should check in by 22:00. If you will arrive after 22:00, please contact us in advance (for group bookings, sharing the check-in time is a basic rule).
