Zenigata Sunae “Kanei Tsuho”
This is a huge sand painting modeled after the Kan'ei Tsuho built in the Edo period, located on Ariake Beach in Kanonji City. It is said that those who see Zenigata Sunae will be healthy, live long lives, and have no financial problems. In recent years, it has become known as a money-luck spot and is visited by many tourists.
Fertility Pond
Completed in 1930, it is the largest dam in Kagawa Prefecture and looks like an old European castle. There is a promenade around the dam lake where you can enjoy walking and cycling. You can also enjoy activities such as fishing and boating.
Takaya Shrine “Torii in the Sky”
The name of the torii gate of Takaya Shrine located at the summit of Mt. Inazumi, 404m above sea level. Once you climb the mountain path and 270 stone steps, you will be greeted with a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and the Shikoku Mountains. Please take a look at the scenery that was selected as one of the 88 Scenic Views of Shikoku in 2018.
