Information Security Basic Policy

Tabist Co., Ltd. (hereafter called "Tabist") has developed the following Policy in order to always get the trust of society including Tabist’s customers and intends to maintain information security by protecting information assets from various threats and by properly handling them.

1．Compliance with Laws and Regulations Comply with the information related laws, guidelines, and other norms.

2．Buildup of information Security Management Structure Assign "Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) " and build up a necessary organization and standards for our information security operations.

3．Implementation of information security measures Identify information security risks and implement appropriate organizational, physical, personnel, and technical measures. In the event of an incident, Tabist will respond promptly to minimize damage and take steps to prevent recurrence based on the principle that the protection of our Customers is our highest priority.

4．Supervision of employees Continuously provide information security training to all employees involved in our operations and ensure that they are information security literate.

5．Continuous improvement Conduct periodic evaluations to objectively assess the status of our management system and information security measures and make continual improvements.
