Fureai no Mori Sports Park

A comprehensive outdoor sports facility with a panoramic view of Mt. Bandai and the Aizu plains. Sports facilities include outdoor facilities such as night-lit tennis courts and track and field stadiums. The plaza is also popular with various groups and families.

Byakkotai Memorial Hall

Iimoriyama is the place where Byakko Taishi committed suicide, and a memorial service is also held there. There is a memorial hall at the beginning of the climb, which houses and exhibits panoramas depicting the tragedy of the Byakko soldiers and materials from both the offensive and defensive armies.

Tsuruga Castle

A famous castle that withstood the fierce battles of siege battles during the Boshin War. It was restored to its original appearance in 1965, and the castle grounds have been turned into a museum. You can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and snowy scenery in winter.
